It is a creative boutique founded by Stefania Marino, specializing in the creation of Social Media and E-commerce strategies for beauty, wellness, and niche perfumery brands.

Born in Milan, Studio Flera has an international character and soul and is ready to go everywhere.

I’m Stefania, a beauty enthusiast with over a decade of experience in managing social media and e-commerce channels for both international companies and independent businesses in the beauty, publishing, and luxury sectors.

I have collaborated with brands such as Vogue, Condé Nast, Pomellato, and ClioMakeUp, building expertise in driving engagement, growth, and brand storytelling.

My approach combines strategic insight, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of premium brand positioning.

This extensive hands-on experience is complemented by a degree in Marketing & Advertising at IULM University of Milan, providing a solid foundation in the principles of brand management and sophisticated communication.
